Terms of Service
Effective July 18, 2026
These terms govern use of Relym, an AI-native IT service management platform. By creating or using a Relym workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and, if you accept for an organization, that organization (the "customer").
The service
Relym provides ticketing, knowledge, workflows, approvals, asset tracking, and an AI assistant for internal support teams, including integrations with third-party applications your admins choose to connect. Relym is under active development; features may change, and during early-access periods the service is provided without an uptime commitment.
Your content
The customer owns the content it puts into Relym — tickets, documents, configurations, and data synced from connected applications. You grant us the rights needed to host and process that content solely to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We claim no other rights to it, and we do not use it to train AI models.
Connected applications
When an admin connects a third-party application, they authorize Relym to access and act on that application as configured — for example creating tickets, syncing devices, or provisioning access. The customer is responsible for having the right to grant that access and for the third party's own terms.
AI features
Relym's assistant generates suggestions, drafts, and automations from your content. AI output can be wrong. The customer is responsible for the approval rules it configures and for reviewing consequential actions; Relym ships with human-approval defaults for actions like access grants.
Acceptable use
Don't use Relym to violate the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, probe or disrupt the service, or process data you lack the right to process. Don't resell the service without our written agreement. We may suspend workspaces that put the service or others at risk.
Accounts
Keep credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Workspace admins control membership, roles, and integrations for their organization.
Disclaimers and liability
Relym is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts the customer paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim (or one hundred US dollars if the service was free). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
The customer may stop using Relym and request workspace deletion at any time. We may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after notice. On termination we delete customer content as described in the Privacy Policy, and sections that by their nature survive (content ownership, liability limits) survive.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted here with a new effective date, and continued use after the date constitutes acceptance. Questions: gage@415inc.com.
